How much does delivery cost?

We have a flat rate delivery fee on all products of $15 within Australia, excluding certain bulky goods. Any shipping costs will be detailed at checkout before you complete payment.

How long does delivery take?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, products will normally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order, and should generally arrive between 5-7 days, sometimes sooner. If the item is hand-made to order, or selling via pre-order (as is the case with some brands we stock), you can expect a longer delivery time – however in these cases, you will know this prior to purchasing.

Aside from the WOTBaby Bible in Hardcopy, your order will arrive directly from the brands you’ve purchased from, which means you’ll have lots of goodie deliveries to look forward to.

What happens if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?

If you entered your shipping address incorrectly at checkout, get in touch with us as soon as possible via info@wotbaby.com.au.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to get in touch with our suppliers and update your order so it gets to the right address. If your order has already been shipped, we will process a refund for the original order amount less shipping once the order has been returned to our warehouse, then you will be able to resubmit the order including additional shipping charges and we will get it shipped out to you again to the correct address as soon as possible. If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout and we are unable to recover it, unfortunately we will not be able to replace it or issue a refund.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order is shipped we’ll update you with the relevant tracking information so you’ll be able to keep track of exactly when to expect its arrival.

The WOTStore is curated marketplace full of brands from all over Australia and around the world. Because products are being shipped from different places, they may not all take the same time to reach you. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can track your order/s.

Where is the rest of my order?

Products will be shipped as they are in stock. If it’s been a while, or you’ve ordered more than one item from the same seller but they haven’t all arrived, please reach out to us at info@wotbaby.com.au and we’ll get to the bottom of it as soon as possible.

What happens if an item I purchase is out of stock?

If for any reason a product or service you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will offer our biggest apologies and also refund you via the same method you paid with, or offer you a store credit to the same value, plus refund any shipping costs paid.

Returns & Cancellation of Services Policy

Please note we are unable to issue a refund or exchange for change of mind on any of our products or services.

Faulty Items

Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund if you believe the item you have purchased is faulty or does not perform the function advertised.

If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it to the appropriate vendor. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, e.g. your credit card, or store credit.

Please note: We are unable to return or exchange an item that is not being returned or exchanged by the original purchaser.
