Well-Being Consultation at Femina Clinic
This service is designed for parents who are wanting a face to face consultation with Jen and are looking for answers with the issues they are experiencing. The Well-Being Consultation consists of approx. 1 hour one to one consultation with Jen Hamilton from WOTBaby at the Femina Clinic in Lane Cove.
Jen can then offer appropriate advice, work with you to identify the root of the problem and create a plan of management appropriate for your baby.
The consultations can assist with:
Feeding (both breast and bottle) issues
Sleeping and settling
Night waking
Routine Establishment
Introduction of solids and feeding plans
Constant night waking issues

Jen will phone you the day prior to your scheduled home visit to discuss the plan of management and to answer any questions you may have.

Jen will visit you and your baby at home. During the consultation you will discuss all relevant information since birth as well as any current issues you are facing. You will, together with Jen, design a plan of management suitable for you and your family. This will provide you with successful outcomes regarding the challenges you have been having. During this visit, Jen will:
Educate you in your baby’s development stages
Explain the reasons why things are happening and why you are faced with your current challenges
Advise you, in detail, how to make appropriate changes to encourage your baby into a workable routine.
Demonstrate all settling, resettling and feeding techniques.
Answer ALL of your questions.

Jen will phone you over the following few days after your home visit. These phone calls will keep you feeling confident whilst making on going changes. You can ask lingering questions as well as discuss any concerns you have.

In addition to the follow up phone support, you can also access an additional week of email and text support. You can email or text Jen for one week with all of your questions and she will make every effort to reply within 24 hours.

Jen will arrive at 7am and will leave the following day at 7am.
Jen will visit you and your baby at home and will guide you through your babies bedtime routine. During the consultation you will discuss all relevant information since birth as well as any current issues you are facing. You will, together with Jen, design a plan of management suitable for you and your family. This will provide you with successful outcomes regarding the challenges you have been having. During this visit, Jen will:
Educate you in your baby’s development stages
Explain the reasons why things are happening and why you are faced with your current challenges
Jen will implement the changes in management during the night while you have a good nights sleep.
Advise you, in detail, how to make appropriate changes to encourage your baby into a workable routine.
Demonstrate all settling, resettling and feeding techniques.

A popular service for mother’s groups. Jen can visit your mother’s group and discuss any practical parenting topic of your choice. Jen can also demonstrate things like settling techniques, swaddling and infant massage as well as much more.
